A small number of Year 10 pupils at Bowland High School have been sent home and told to quarantine after a pupil tested positive for coronavirus.

Headteacher, Mrs Laura Fielden, confirmed the news. She said: "A Year 10 pupil tested positive and he has not been in school since last Tuesday. A group of 15 Year 10 pupils have been asked to self-isolate at home and will be back once quarantine is over."
