Stoneyholme fracas: police called to gang violence
Three people were injured following a disturbance in Stoneyholme on Tuesday evening.
Police were called twice to Gordon Street just before midnight following reports of a gang of youths throwing stones at a house and car in the area.
Officers found a 31-year-old male was bleeding from the face, a second male had suffered an injury to the head and a third man had suffered a head wound and finger injury.The ambulance service was called.
One person was arrested on suspicion of wounding
