Burnley man found near bridge after concerns raised for safety
Five police cars were mobilised to a quiet area of Burnley this morning after concern was raised about a young man who had taken a quantity of tablets.
Ambulance staff notified the police after a 19 year-old man became aggressive with paramedics in Buttermere Road, Pike Hill, at around 9-50am this morning.
The man then made off prompting the ambulance service to call police for assistance.

Hide AdA police spokesman said: "Concerns were raised about the man and he was eventually traced to the wrong side of a bridge over a river. Thankfully, he was safe and well, and then taken to hospital by ambulance."
