Padiham man ordered to pay compensation after admitting assaulting emergency worker

A 53-year-old Padiham man has been ordered to pay a police officer £75 compensation, after assaulting him.

Bryan Howard admitted assaulting an emergency worker by beating, last December 13th, at Burnley Magistrates’ Court.

The defendant, of Shakespeare Street, was fined £300, with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
