England star on hand to launch Tots cricket
The launch was well attended at MyProtein Turf Moor, with Cross on duty fresh from her eight-wicket haul at the weekend for Heywood in the Central Lancashire League against Unsworth.
She recently became the first woman to play in the Central Lancashire League in its 123-year history.

Hide AdThe Lancashire Women medium pacer was supported at Burnley by Jennifer Laycock from Old Trafford.
In total, there were 16 children participating in fundamental skills – catching, throwing, batting and running – for three-six-year-olds.
The first session was free, and cost £2 per week there after. Sessions are on Tuesdays from 5-30-6-15 p.m. with snack and drink included.

Hide Ad• Lowerhouse Cricket Club have applied for funding through AVIVA to assist with the refurbishment of certain areas of the club house.
The application has been accepted, however the club have to secure votes against the project so are looking for as many people as possible to vote for the project.
